They told me their goal was to make me happy.  AND, as an aside, when I first scheduled, they even pointed out a 'coupon' special they were going to give me for the cleaning because of a promotion that was going on that I didn't know about.  I wouldn't have been a bit wiser about the savings since I was planning to schedule anyway.  Talk about honesty! I really  can't imagine using anyone else for grill repair and maintenance in the future.
